Ordering Process

a. Customers must select the desired product, quantity, and specifications such as paper stock, size, finish, and any additional options.

b. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded artwork meets our specifications and guidelines. Ashley House reserves the right to reject any artwork that does not meet these standards.

c. Orders are considered final once payment has been processed.

Artwork

a. Customers are solely responsible for the content and quality of the artwork they upload.

b. Ashley House does not assume responsibility for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from the content of the artwork.

c. We reserve the right to refuse to print any material that we deem inappropriate or offensive.

Payment

a. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

b. Prices are subject to change without notice.

c. All transactions are processed in the currency specified on our website.

Turnaround Time

a. Turnaround time begins once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

b. While we make every effort to meet our estimated turnaround times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or supplier issues.

c. Ashley House is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delays in production or delivery.

Delivery

a. Delivery times are estimated based on standard courier services. Ashley House is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

b. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Ashley House is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

c. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight and dimensions of the order.

d. Ashley House aims to dispatch orders within the estimated turnaround time. However, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

e. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments.

f. Ashley House is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping. Once the order has been dispatched, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier.

g. Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and report any damages or discrepancies to Ashley House and the courier company within 48 hours of receipt. Photographic evidence would be advisable.

h. In the event of a lost or undelivered package, Ashley House will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

i. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package from the courier, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

j. Ashley House reserves the right to use alternative shipping methods or carriers at its discretion to fulfil orders.

Quality

a. Ashley House strives to produce high-quality prints using the latest printing technology and materials.

b. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss potential resolutions.

Liability

a. Ashley House's liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased.

b. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Intellectual Property

a. All intellectual property rights related to our products and services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and designs, are owned by Ashley House Printing Company Ltd.

b. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs or logos without prior written consent.

Modification of Terms

a. Ashley House reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
